Quality Policy
Maybourne & Russell Limited is certificated to ISO 9001:2000. Certification was achieved in 2004.
This quality policy has been developed by the board to encompass all operational and administrative activities undertaken by the Company. The board of directors therefore expect full compliance with the requirements contained within this quality policy and to strive for continual improvements in relation to their overall performance, utilizing the requirements laid down in the international standard BS EN ISO 9001.
The directors recognise that they are ultimately responsible for quality and believe that successful quality management contributes to business performance. This is achieved by developing suitable corporate and operational procedures and as such, our quality objectives are a fundamental part of our primary business aims.
The board of directors is therefore actively committed to ensure that adequate organisational arrangements and effective monitoring systems are established, in order to achieve sustained improvement.
The effective management of quality within the company will assist in the overall improvement in our business performance. Our quality objectives are therefore as important as our other business aims. It is therefore, essential that quality, both in planning and operational control, be at the forefront of every activity from conception to completion.
We will actively endeavour to achieve progressive improvements in our quality performance by the systematic review of our arrangements, through field inspections and audits.
The International Standard provides the guiding principles for the company and is supported by our documented quality management procedures, in which the associated procedures state how the company will manage and perform its obligations, both within the company and on behalf of our customers/clients.
The policy will be brought to the attention of all employees/subcontractors initially on recruitment, at induction and thereafter by publishing the various procedures on the company's intranet, within the quality manuals and company notice boards.
